Permitted use

You may use emark.email for lawful, consent-based business communications. You must own or be authorized to use every audience, brand asset and destination link.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for message content, recipient consent, sender identity, connected provider accounts, applicable laws and maintaining accurate suppression lists.

Prohibited use

No purchased or scraped lists, deceptive identity, phishing, malware, unlawful content, harassment, credential abuse or attempts to evade provider limits.

Availability

Delivery depends on external networks and recipient providers. We do not guarantee inbox placement or uninterrupted availability. We may pause risky sending to protect customers and platform reputation.

Plans and suspension

Published plan limits apply. We may suspend activity that creates security, compliance, deliverability or reputation risk.
