What we process

We process account, workspace, campaign, contact, consent and delivery-event data required to provide emark.email. Customers control the marketing contacts they upload.

How data is used

Data is used to authenticate users, create and deliver campaigns, prevent abuse, measure delivery and improve reliability. We do not sell customer contact data.

Service providers

Infrastructure and delivery providers may process data only to operate the service. Workspace owners who connect their own providers remain responsible for those provider accounts and terms.

Retention and rights

Workspace owners can request export or deletion. Recipients can unsubscribe at any time. Legal retention, fraud prevention and security obligations may require limited records to be retained.

Security

Credentials are stored server-side in encrypted form. No internet service is risk-free; customers must protect their accounts and use appropriate access permissions.
